I did not receive my Cameo. Will I be charged?

Of course not!


If you booked on the Cameo website, the hold has been released from your payment method on our end so you haven’t been charged. This can take anywhere from 3-7 business days to fall off your pending payments, depending on your bank.


If you booked through the app, you should see those credits deposited back into your Cameo account so feel free to use those to book a new personal video, or send a DM!


If you still have time to receive this Cameo video, you can rebook your request from your orders page on cameo.com.
