Where's my refund?
Many of our products are non-refundable once purchased; however, if we’ve confirmed that you would receive a refund, please look for a credit to your payment card within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. If you don’t receive it, please forward your refund confirmation to hello@cameo.com.
If your Cameo video request went unfulfilled, you can always submit a new one. Depending on how you booked your request, you may receive a refund or credits, or we may release the corresponding hold on your payment method. See our Payment Terms for more details.
