Many of our products are non-refundable; however, if we’ve confirmed that you would receive a refund, please look for a credit to your payment card within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. If you don’t receive it, please forward your refund confirmation to hello@cameo.com


Note that if you made a payment through the app, and that request expired or was declined for any reason, you will be receiving credit to your Cameo account, usually within 24-48 hours. You’ll find your credits on the profile page in your app!


However, if you purchased the Cameo through the website, then you will not be receiving Cameo credits. This is due to the fact that a hold is placed on the funds (rather than your payment method being charged immediately), so the hold will be released if your Cameo request expires or is declined.
