Why you might not have received a confirmation email
After booking a Cameo, you should receive a confirmation email shortly after your purchase. If you didn't get one, here are the most common reasons:
1. Check your spam or junk folder
Confirmation emails from Cameo occasionally get filtered by email providers. Search your spam, junk, or promotions folder for an email from [email protected].
2. You signed in with Apple (Hide My Email)
If you used "Sign in with Apple" and selected Hide My Email, your confirmation was sent to a private Apple relay address (e.g. [email protected]) rather than your personal email. Check your Apple ID inbox or look for the relay address in your Apple account settings.
3. The email address on your account has a typo
It's possible the email address entered at checkout had a small typo. Log into your Cameo account and verify the email address listed under your profile settings.
4. Check your Cameo account directly
You don't need the confirmation email to see your order. Log into your Cameo account and go to Orders to view the status of your booking. If your order appears there, it went through successfully.
