Who can see my instructions?
Your instructions are only visible to:
The talent you booked — they see your instructions when they open your request to start recording
Cameo's support team — if you contact us about your order
Your instructions are not public and will not be shared with anyone else.
Can I edit my instructions after booking?
Yes — but only while the order is still Active and the talent hasn't started recording yet.
Go to cameo.com/orders and open your order.
If the order is still Active, you'll see an option to edit your instructions.
Make your changes and save.
Once the talent has started recording, instructions can no longer be edited.
What if I made a mistake in my instructions?
If the talent completed the video but got something wrong because of your instructions — for example the wrong name or occasion — contact our support team with your Order ID and we'll look into arranging a redo.
