Your Cameo order confirmation email serves as your receipt. Here's how to find it and what to do if you need something more formal.
Finding your order confirmation email
When you place a Cameo order, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address on your account. This email includes:
Your Order ID
The talent you booked
The amount charged
The date of purchase
If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder and search for an email from hello@cameo.com.
Finding your order details online
You can also find your order details at any time by logging into cameo.com/orders. Your order history shows all past purchases including Order IDs, talent names, and amounts.
I need a formal invoice for business purposes

iOS app purchases
If you purchased through the iOS Cameo app, your receipt is issued by Apple, not Cameo. You can find it in your Apple account purchase history or at reportaproblem.apple.com.
