How to redeem a gift card
Gift cards can only be redeemed on the Cameo website (cameo.com) — they cannot be redeemed in the iOS or Android app.
Go to cameo.com and log into your account.
At checkout, look for the "Gift card" or "Promo code" field.
Enter your gift card code exactly as shown — no spaces before or after.
Apply the code before completing your purchase.
Common error messages
"Gift card not found" — Double-check the code is entered exactly as shown. Gift card codes are case-sensitive.
"Gift card already redeemed" — The code has already been used. If you didn't use it, contact the person who sent it to confirm they haven't already applied it.
Code not working on the app — Try switching to the Cameo website on a browser instead of the app.
