If you're having trouble logging into your Cameo account, try these steps.
Logging in with a verification code
Cameo uses a passwordless login — you don't need a password to sign in. Here's how it works:
Go to cameo.com/login and enter the email address on your Cameo account.
Cameo will send a verification code to that email address.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Cameo containing your code.
Enter the code to log in.
If you didn't receive the code, check your spam or junk folder and search for [email protected]. The code may take a minute or two to arrive.
Logging in with Facebook, Google, or Apple
If you originally signed up using a social login, make sure you're tapping the correct login button — don't try to enter your email and wait for a code if you signed up via a social account.
Facebook login: Make sure the Facebook app is installed and you're logged into the correct Facebook account on your device.
Sign in with Apple: If you used "Hide My Email" when signing up, your account may be under an Apple-generated relay email address. Tap "Sign in with Apple" rather than entering an email address manually.
Google login: Make sure you're signed into the correct Google account on your device before tapping "Sign in with Google."
Not sure which email you used?
Try any email addresses you commonly use. If you've placed an order before, check your inbox for a Cameo confirmation email — the address it was sent to is the one on your account.
Can't access the email address on your account?
If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Cameo account — for example it was an old email, a university email, or an account you've since lost access to — our support team can help you regain access after verifying that you own the account.
When you contact us, you'll be asked to provide the following information for the last video request sent from the account:
Approximate date of the order
Name of the talent booked
Name of the recipient
General subject matter of the instructions (e.g. "it was about my dog")
Once ownership is verified, our team will help you access your account.
