How to request an email update
For security reasons, email address changes cannot be made by customers directly. Our support team will need to verify that you are the account owner before making any changes.
To get started, contact our support team using the chat button below. You will be asked to provide the following information to verify ownership of the account:
Approximate date of your last video request
Name of the talent you booked
Name of the recipient the video was for
General subject matter of the instructions (e.g. "it was about my dog")
Once ownership is verified, our team will update the email address on your account.
