We're really sorry the video didn't arrive in time — especially when it was meant for a special occasion. Here's what to do.
Step 1 — Check your order status
Go to cameo.com/orders or open My Orders in the Cameo app to see your order's current status.
If your order is still Active or Pending
The talent may still complete the video — standard requests have up to 7 days from booking. If you no longer need it, you can cancel from your orders page for a full refund. Refunds are processed based on how you booked:
Cameo website / Android: Hold released or refund within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
iOS app: Cameo credits returned automatically. For a cash refund, tap "Request refund" on the order or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
If your order has Expired
Your refund is already being processed automatically — you don't need to contact us. See the timelines above depending on how you booked.
