My promo code or discount isn't working

Why your Cameo promo code or discount code might not be working, and how to apply one correctly.

My promo code isn't working — here's what to check before contacting support.

Common reasons a promo code won't apply

  • The code has expired. Most promo codes have an expiry date. Check any email or promotion where you received the code to confirm it's still valid.

  • The code has already been used. Most Cameo promo codes are single-use and can only be applied once per account.

  • The code is for new customers only. Some discount codes (such as first-order discounts) only apply to accounts that haven't placed a Cameo order before.

  • A minimum order value applies. Some codes require a minimum spend to activate. Check the terms of the promotion.

  • The code is case-sensitive. Enter it exactly as shown — no extra spaces before or after.

  • The code applies to specific products only. Some codes are valid for fan videos only and don't apply to business videos, DMs, or other products.

How to apply a promo code

Promo codes are entered at checkout on cameo.com. Look for the "Add promo code" or "Discount code" field on the payment page and enter your code there before completing your purchase.

Note: Promo codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

Signed up for emails or texts for a welcome discount?

If you signed up for Cameo emails or texts to receive a welcome discount (such as 15% off your first order) and haven't received the code yet, check your spam or junk folder for an email from hello@cameo.com — it can take a few minutes to arrive. If you signed up via text, check that you completed the opt-in confirmation step. If the code still hasn't arrived after 30 minutes, contact our support team and we'll help you out.

Still not working?

If your code should be valid and none of the above apply, contact our support team using the chat button below. Please include the promo code you're trying to use and the error message you're seeing (if any).
