Try these fixes first
Download the video instead of streaming it. Go to cameo.com/orders, find your order, and download the video directly to your device. Streaming over a slow connection can cause blurriness or buffering.
Try a different browser or device. Open the video link in a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or on a different device. If it looks fine elsewhere, the issue is with your original device or browser.
Check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can affect video quality during playback. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data.
My video cuts off before the end
If your video ends abruptly or appears incomplete, try downloading it from cameo.com/orders and playing it locally. If the downloaded file also cuts off, the video may have an upload issue on the talent's end.
