If your Cameo video has no audio or the sound isn't working, try these steps before contacting support — most audio issues are a playback problem that's quick to fix.
Step 1 — Try these fixes first
Check your device volume. Make sure your phone or computer volume is turned up and not on silent or mute.
Check your headphones. If you're using headphones or Bluetooth speakers, try disconnecting them and playing the video through your device speaker instead.
Try a different browser. If you're watching on a computer, try opening the video in Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Download the video instead of streaming it. Go to cameo.com/orders, find your order, and download the video file directly to your device. Then play it from your downloads folder.
Try a different device. If the video plays with audio on a different phone or computer, the issue is with your original device's playback — not the video itself.
