You may have purchased Beans on TikTok, but did not finalize your Cameo purchase. If that has happened, your Beans will show up on your Balance page in the TikTok app and you can finish your Cameo request in just a few steps:
Find the TikTok video you used previously to get to Cameo for TikTok
Click on the Cameo link on the video, and hit book
Fill out and submit the booking form
Complete any needed payment steps - so long as the talent’s price is the same as it was when you tried to book before, your Beans balance should cover the cost and you should not be asked for any additional charges to your payment instrument
Wait until you see confirmation that your order went through from Cameo! It will say that the creator 'has received your request.’
