My 24-hour delivery order is late — what now?

What to do if your 24-hour Cameo order hasn't arrived within the delivery window.

If your 24-hour delivery order hasn't arrived on time, here's exactly what happens — and what you can do. Note: what happens depends on how you booked.

Booked on the Cameo website or Android app

The following happens automatically — you don't need to contact us:

  • Your 24-hour upgrade fee is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • The order stays active. The talent now has up to 4 days from the original submission time to complete the video. The order does not expire when the 24-hour window closes.

  • If the talent delivers within 4 days: You'll receive your video as normal. The upgrade fee has already been refunded to you.

  • If the talent doesn't deliver within 4 days: The order expires and your full payment is automatically refunded.

Booked on the iOS app

Payments made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. The automatic upgrade fee refund and 4-day extension described above apply to web and Android bookings only. If you booked through iOS and your 24-hour order wasn't delivered on time, please contact our support team with your Order ID and we'll help you from there.

What if I don't want to wait (web & Android)?

If the 24-hour window has passed and you'd rather not wait up to 4 days, you can cancel your order at any time from cameo.com/orders. Your full payment will be refunded.

Visit cameo.com/orders or open My Orders in the Cameo app to see your current order status and remaining delivery window.
