Watermark removal works differently depending on whether you have a personal video or a business video.
Personal video — watermark is removable
For personal Cameo videos, you can purchase a watermark removal upgrade. This can be done during checkout or after:
Make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to purchase the Cameo.
Go to cameo.com/orders and locate your order.
Click the "Remove watermark" button next to the order and complete the upgrade.
Business video — watermark cannot be removed
Business videos are delivered with a #ad watermark that cannot be removed under our standard license. This is required for advertising compliance. You may add your own branding alongside it, but may not cover, alter, or obscure the #ad watermark.
