24 Hour Delivery Upgrade

As long as the talent offers 24-hour delivery, you can upgrade your request to a 24-hour order even after you've placed it! Just visit cameo.com/orders, locate the order you want to upgrade, and click "Need it faster?" — from there, you'll be able to upgrade your order.

Please note: 24-hour delivery is not guaranteed and depends on the talent's availability.

What if my 24-hour order isn't delivered on time?

What happens depends on how you booked.

Booked on the Cameo website or Android app

The following happens automatically — you don't need to contact us:

  • Your 24-hour upgrade fee is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.

  • The order stays active. The talent now has up to 4 days from the original submission time to complete the video. The order does not expire when the 24-hour window closes.

  • If the talent delivers within 4 days: You'll receive your video. The upgrade fee has already been refunded.

  • If the talent doesn't deliver within 4 days: The order expires and your full payment is automatically refunded.

Booked on the iOS app

Payments made through the iOS app are processed by Apple. If your 24-hour order isn't delivered on time, please contact our support team with your Order ID and we can help. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled through Apple's refund process.

What if I don't want to wait?

If the 24-hour window has passed and you'd rather not wait, you can cancel your order at any time from cameo.com/orders. Your payment will be refunded according to how you booked (see above).
