Account Deletion

Assistance with account deletion request

To delete your Cameo account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Cameo app and tap your Profile icon (bottom right).

  2. Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) in the top right corner.

  3. Select Account SettingsRequest Account Deletion.

  4. Confirm the deletion request in the app.

If you don't have the app, you can submit a deletion request to dataprotection@cameo.com.

Before you delete — important things to know

  • Videos and messages are permanently lost. Download any Cameo videos or Direct Messages you want to keep before confirming deletion. Once deleted, they cannot be recovered.

  • Cameo credits are forfeited. Any credits remaining in your account will be permanently lost and cannot be refunded.

  • Pending orders are cancelled. Any active or pending orders will be cancelled. Refunds for those orders follow the standard refund process (5–7 business days).

  • Deletion timeline. Account deletion is typically completed within 30 days of your confirmed request.
