If your order expired, was declined, or was cancelled before the talent completed it, here's what happens to your payment:
Cameo website: The hold on your payment method is released automatically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. You were never actually charged — the pending hold will simply disappear from your statement.
Android app: You'll receive a refund within 5–7 business days.
iOS app: Cameo credits are returned to your account automatically. If you'd prefer a cash refund instead, tap the "Request refund" button next to your order on your Orders Page in the Cameo app, or visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
You don't need to contact us — refunds are processed automatically. If it's been more than 7 business days and you haven't seen it, please contact our support team with your Order ID.
