Yes — you can download your Cameo video from the Cameo app, website, or from your delivery email.
Cameo app
Make sure you're logged into the same account you used to book the video.
Tap the inbox icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select the thread with your Cameo video.
Tap on the video, then tap the three dots at the top right corner of the screen.
Select Download.
Cameo website
Go to cameo.com/orders and make sure you're logged in.
Open your completed video.
Select the three dots at the top right corner.
Select Download.
From your delivery email
Open the "Your Cameo is ready" email from [email protected] and tap "Watch your video". Once on the video page, tap the three dots at the top right and select Download.
Make sure you're logged into the same Cameo account you used to book the video — the download option will only appear if you're logged in.
The app says download was successful but I can't find the video
This is a common issue, especially on iOS. Here are some things to try:
Check your Photos app — on iPhone and iPad, downloaded videos save to your Photos library, not your Files app. Open Photos and look in the Recents album.
Check your Camera Roll or Gallery — on Android, the video should appear in your Gallery or Camera Roll.
Check your device storage — if your phone is low on storage the download may appear to succeed but not save. Free up space and try again.
Try downloading from the website instead — go to cameo.com/orders on a desktop or laptop browser, open your completed video, and download from there. The file will save to your computer's Downloads folder.
Try a different browser — if you're using the Cameo website on mobile, try switching to Safari (iOS) or Chrome (Android) and downloading from there.
I can watch my video but the link isn't working for others
Cameo video links require the viewer to be logged into a Cameo account to watch. If someone you've shared the link with doesn't have a Cameo account, the video won't load for them.
The best way to share your Cameo video with someone:
Download the video to your device first (using the steps above).
Then send the video file directly via text message, WhatsApp, email, or any other messaging app.
This way the recipient can watch it without needing a Cameo account.
