How will I receive my Cameo video?

How customers receive their completed Cameo video — by email, in the app, and at cameo.com/orders — and what to do if they haven't received it yet.

Once your request has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email, push notification, or text — depending on the notification preferences you selected at checkout.

You can also find your completed video any time in My Orders on the app or at cameo.com/orders.

Didn't get it? Here's what to check

  1. Check your spam or junk folder — search for an email from [email protected] or the talent's name. This is the most common reason videos go missing.

  2. Check My Orders — log in at cameo.com/orders with the same account you used to book. Your order status will show whether the video has been delivered.

  3. Check you're on the right account — make sure you're logged into the same email address you used when placing the order.

  4. Check the delivery window — talent have up to 7 days to complete a request (or 24 hours for express orders). If the window hasn't passed, the talent may still be working on it.
