There are several ways to check the status of your Cameo order:
Confirmation email: Click the link in your order confirmation email to view your order status instantly.
Cameo website: Go to cameo.com/orders — make sure you're logged into the same account you used to book.
Cameo app: Tap the Profile icon (bottom right) → Your Orders → tap your request to see its current status.
What each order status means
Pending — Your request has been sent and the talent has been notified. Everything is normal.
In Progress — The talent has started working on your video.
Completed — Your video has been delivered. Check your email (including spam) for a link from [email protected].
Expired — The talent didn't complete your request within the delivery window. Your payment is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days — you don't need to contact us.
Declined — The talent declined your request. Your payment is automatically refunded within 5–7 business days.
Cancelled — You cancelled the request. Your payment is returned depending on how you booked (hold released for web, credits for iOS, refund for Android).
If your status shows Completed but you can't find the video, check your spam folder and search for [email protected], or tap the order in My Orders for a direct link to your video.
