Where's my refund?

Refund timelines depend on how your order was booked and what happened to it:

If your order expired or was declined: Your refund is issued automatically — you don't need to request it.

  • Cameo website: The hold on your payment method is released within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Android app: You'll receive a refund within 5–7 business days.

  • iOS app: Because purchases through the iOS app go directly through Apple, Cameo does not have access to your payment instrument to issue a refund. You'll receive Cameo credits back to your account automatically. If you'd prefer a cash refund instead, you can request one from Apple directly by logging into your Apple account at reportaproblem.apple.com, or by tapping the "Request refund" button next to your cancelled, declined, or expired order on your Orders Page in the Cameo app.

If our team confirmed a refund for you (web or Android): Look for a credit to your payment method within 5–7 business days. If you don't see it after that, please contact our support team with your Order ID and refund confirmation and we'll look into it.

Still waiting after 7 business days? If it's been more than 7 business days and your refund hasn't appeared, contact our support team with your Order ID and we'll investigate as a priority.

Note: Most Cameo products are non-refundable once the video has been delivered. See our Payment Terms for details on what qualifies.
