Can I download my Cameo video?
Yes. It’s super easy! You can download it straight from the Cameo app, site, or from the completed Cameo video link and share to your social media profiles, too.
Cameo app: First, log into your Cameo account with the same email address used to book the Cameo video. Once you're logged in, tap on the DMs icon and then click on the thread with your Cameo video. Next, tap on your Cameo video, and click on the three dots at the bottom right corner of the screen. From there, you should see the option to download your Cameo video.
Cameo.com: You can go to your orders page from the Cameo site, cameo.com/orders, and tap the "view" button" on your completed Cameo video. From there, you'll be brought to your Cameo video link and you'll see the option to download your Cameo video after selecting "share".
