You can cancel your request from the order status link in your confirmation email. You'll just need to be signed in with the same account that you used to make your Cameo request. 


 


If you booked on the Cameo website and cancel your request, the hold will be released from your payment method on our end so that you're not charged. This can take anywhere from 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.


 


If you booked through the app and cancel your request, you should see those credits deposited back into your Cameo account, so feel free to use those to book a new celeb, send a Cameo Direct Message, or hop on a 1:1 Cameo Call!
