Prior to uploading a Cameo, you will be given the option to mark each Cameo as private or public. You’ll see this option in the bottom left corner of your screen. Tap the “Public” icon and then select “Mark as private.”
After uploading, you can still make it 'private'! To make your Cameo private, open the Cameo app and click on the Orders tab, followed by 'Completed' in the upper left corner. After that, scroll down until you find the video you'd like to make private. Tap on the play button on the video followed by the three vertical dots (•••) in the bottom-right corner and you will see the option to make your Cameo private. When a video is set to private, it will no longer appear on your profile, but its review will remain visible.
Managing All Videos
If you want to hide all your Cameos:
Turn on a setting to hide all past and future Cameos from your profile. Only your Intro video will remain visible.
Alternatively, make all videos private except the ones you want to display publicly.### Deleting Videos To delete a Cameo entirely from the platform:
Refund the customer who purchased the Cameo.
Remove your earnings from your wallet. Note: Deleting a video is permanent and cannot be undone.### Additional Notes
A Cameo appears on your profile only if both you and the customer set it to public. If either party sets it to private, the video remains hidden.
You can selectively make videos public after hiding all Cameos.
As a heads up, this does take up to 24 hours for the changes to reflect on the website, so you may not see the change right away.
