You can go unavailable for bookings by changing your availability status in the Cameo app. There are three statuses for your Cameo profile - available, unavailable, and be right back.
First, to go unavailable, open the Cameo app and click on the Profile tab in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. From there, locate ‘Fan videos’. In this ‘Fan videos’ section, you’ll see ‘Availability’ as the first option. To go unavailable, you can switch the dot from the ‘Available’ box to the ‘Unavailable’ box. Be sure to hit ‘Save’! This will make you unable to be booked, but your profile will remain on our website. It will say ‘Follow to join the waitlist’ in place of the booking button - those who pressed this button on your profile will be notified when you return.
To reactivate and become available for bookings again, first, open the Cameo app and click on the Profile tab in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. From there, locate ‘Fan videos’. In this ‘Fan videos’ section, you’ll see ‘Availability’ as the first option. Click the status to the right - yours will like say ‘Available’.
You also have the ability to select the ‘Be right back’ status. This means you are away, but still are bookable. Fans can book these standby orders from you, which means they can submit a booking without a strict deadline. Whenever you are ready, you can ‘activate’ any amount of your standby orders. This will convert them to a normal order, and give you a deadline.
In order to enable ‘Be right back’, to you can switch the dot from either the ‘Unavailable’ or ‘Available’ box to the ‘Be right back’ box. Be sure to hit ‘Save’!
