If you have questions about a specific request, click on the Inbox tab and you'll be able to message the corresponding fan.
Fans will be charged for each direct message they send unless you have your DMs set to free.
To change your price per DM, click the "Profile" icon in the bottom right corner. Then locate "Direct Messaging" and click "Pricing". From here, you can enter your new price and hit the purple "Save" button.
To turn on free direct messages, click into the “Advanced options” section within “Availability and pricing” and set DM price to $0.00.
